Read disclaimer before installation
NOTE: Make sure pipe and muffler joints are not bent and will slide together easily before installing on vehicle.

Stock System Removal
  1. Remove the two bolts that hold the down pipe on the turbo.
  2. Remove the clamp on the front of the catalytic converter/resonator.
NOTE: You may have to cut the flange if it is difficult to pull apart. System will come off quicker if exhaust pipe is cut.
  3. Lower and remove the spare tire.
  4. Remove the exhaust pipe hangers from rubber holders.
  5. Remove the exhaust from under the vehicle.
Installing 4" Exhaust System
NOTE: Do not tighten clamps until the exhaust system is fitted properly and is not touching the vehicle's frame as noise may occur. Clamps that are tightened dimple the pipe and make the joints very difficult to separate.

  1. Install 4" down pipe to turbo, making sure the bolts are tight.
  2. Slide straight pipe into down pipe and use hanger clamp #1. (Straight pipe may need to be cut for proper length. Temporarily hang muffler to determine length.)
NOTE: Manufacturer is not responsible if catalytic converter is removed.
  3. Slide muffler on to straight pipe, and hang using clamps number 2 and 3 (cups inside the muffler should catch the air).
  4. Slide tail pipe into muffler (tail pipe is in two pieces and u-shaped pieces fits over axle and into muffler) and use hanger clamp #4 to hang tail pipe. Use extra u-clamp to hold tail pipe together.
  5. Install the remaining clamps onto all the joints in the new exhaust system.
  6. Replace spare tire.
  7. Make sure that the exhaust system is not touching anywhere. (Firewall, cross member heat shields, spare tire)
  8. Tighten all clamps starting from down pipe. Do not completely tighten until final inspection.
  9. Remove all tools and test drive. If any noises are heard or vibrations felt readjust exhaust and test again.
  10. When exhaust system is properly adjusted and no noises or vibrations are noticed, tighten all clamps securely and enjoy the ride!
